Because we believe that community support is an important part of healing, GSN offers group programs that cover a broad range of therapeutic services. In our therapeutic groups, we bring people together in an intimate environment with people who have been through a similar kind of loss. From specialty groups for families with specific needs to body-centered groups that include meditation, yoga and group facilitation, we customize the sessions to meet the needs of the community. These programs support individuals of every age, interest, spiritual belief, and place in the grieving process.

Youth Coping With Loss
Everyone experiences grief in their own unique way. This group is an opportunity for youth to walk side by side with others who have experienced their own personal loss. Our 4-week group for youth ages 11-17 is designed to help youth gain a deep understanding of their grief, know that they are not alone, and empower them to embrace their experience and move forward.
